- Two things worth stating first
- We do not accept any photograph of anyone wearing a garment, and no such upload facility exists on this site. The only image this service takes is a garment lying flat and unworn. Any image in which a person is detected is rejected before analysis rather than analysed and then discarded.
- Your photographs are never used to train any model — not ours, and not a third party's. They exist to produce your reading and for nothing else.
- What we collect
- Identifiers — your email address, and an account identifier we generate.
- Content you upload — photographs of garments lying flat, and the text you type describing what you want the piece to survive.
- Readings — the structure readings and matrices produced from your uploads.
- Commercial information — which plan you hold, and the dates and amounts of charges. We never see or hold your card number.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, page timings and error reports, used to keep the service working and secure.
We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, or any information about health, physique or appearance. We do not ask for it and there is nowhere to enter it.
- Where it comes from
- Directly from you, and from your device as you use the service. We do not buy personal information and we do not enrich what you give us from third party data sources.
- Why we use it
- To produce the reading you asked for.
- To operate your account and to charge the plan you chose.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To keep the service available, secure and free of abuse.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the legal bases are performance of a contract for the first two, our legitimate interests for security and support, and legal obligation for the last.
- Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
The mechanism to opt out is provided regardless, on its own page: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- Who we disclose to
- Only to service providers who process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes: a hosting provider, a database and storage provider, an email provider, a payment processor, and the recognition service that reads your flat photograph. We also disclose where the law requires it. That is the whole list.
- Global Privacy Control
- We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser, and you do not need to do anything else. This applies whether or not you have an account.
- How long we keep it
- Photographs — for as long as the reading they belong to exists. Delete a reading and the photograph is deleted with it, and is removed from backups within 30 days.
- Readings — until you delete them, or 12 months after an account is closed.
- Account records — until 30 days after you close the account.
- Billing records — seven years, because tax law requires it.
- Technical logs — 90 days.
- Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and what we do with it.
- Give you a copy in a portable format.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we hold none, so there is nothing to limit.
- Object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
- How to exercise them
Two channels, and you do not need an account to use either:
- Email support@drvynapparel.shop
- Telephone +1 267 687 1011, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 US Eastern Time
We acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If a request is genuinely complex we may take a further 45 days and will tell you why before the first period ends. There is no charge.
We will ask you to confirm enough for us to be sure the request is really yours — normally by replying from the email address on the account. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
- No discrimination
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Your price does not change, your features do not change, your service quality does not change, and nothing is withheld from you.
- Children
- Movespan is not offered to anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, write to support@drvynapparel.shop and it will be deleted.
- Security
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service. Card details are entered on a PCI DSS compliant processor's own form and never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.
- International transfers
- We operate from the United States, so if you are elsewhere your information is transferred there. For transfers out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom we rely on the applicable standard contractual clauses.
- Cookies
- What we store in your browser is on the cookies page. There is no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking on this site.
- Complaints
- Tell us first — support@drvynapparel.shop. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your national data protection authority. Residents of a United States state with a privacy statute may complain to their state Attorney General.
- Changes
- We update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and we email account holders about material changes.
